ANNOUNCEMENT
An overwhelming influx of orders across the entire globe is causing slight delays in processing and delivery. Products are being processed on a priority basis and could take up to 8-10 business days to process your order. Please rest assured that we are working diligently to ship out your orders. All customers will be updated once their orders are dispatched. We appreciate your patience.
Shipping:
It takes 4-6 business days to process and ship your order after your payment is verified. Weekends and Holidays are not included.

In rare cases, orders may not ship within 5 days due to stock issues, lack of order information, billing delays, order verification process, custom products.
Again, please note that this is an estimation only and we do not guarantee delivery dates and still depend on where your area is. Some locations (Latin America, Africa, Middle East) could take longer to deliver.
Orders are shipped from our warehouses that are located in the USA, Europe, and Southeast Asia (Singapore, Malaysia, and China), depending on the product and your registered address.
In some instances, an order may be split into different packages for any of the following reasons:
- Weight limit per package. In order to provide free worldwide shipping and ensure that you receive your order in a timely manner, we use time and cost-efficient ways of delivery.
- An item may be slightly back-ordered and shipped later than the rest of the items in an order.
- Because we are serviced by different warehouses, an order with multiple items may be shipped from the different warehouses due to varying stock inventory between the warehouses.
Delays may also occur as a result of International Customs Inspections. Your country's customs office may require additional documents and time to clear your package, which may delay the estimated delivery time.
Shipping confirmation:
A shipping confirmation is emailed to you as soon as your purchase has been shipped, which will allow you to track the status of your shipment. Shipping costs are dependent upon the weight of the package and delivery location. Customers are responsible for customs duties and taxes for all International orders.
Tracking Information:
It is your responsibility as the buyer to track your order and submit the necessary requirements to the customs or courier. Otherwise, if the order has been tagged as "return to sender" or unsuccessful delivery due to the receiver not being able to follow-up or have not submitted the necessary requirements or notification to the courier, we are not able to process any refund or replacement for free and you may need to place the order again.
Delivery:
The recipient takes full responsibility for your Local Government's and postal regulations regarding Import and Customs, as we cannot be held liable for any items that are not accepted into the specific country.
Most orders will be delivered by your local post service as regular registered mail. If you are not home when the delivery is made, a notice card may be left by the postal service to advise you on how and where your package should be collected.
Why am I being charged with Customs and Taxes?
To avoid any taxes we specify low item value on the package. Sometimes import taxes, duties, and related customs fees may be charged once the package arrives at the destination country. These charges are determined by the destination country's customs office and are the responsibility of the recipient. For further details on charges, please contact your country's customs office.
Cancellations/Changes:
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately. We process and ship orders quickly (we’re fast!). Once our warehouse has processed your order, we will be unable to make any changes.
Please note that any orders that have already been packed or shipped cannot be canceled.
Shipping & Delivery Disclaimer:
We are NOT responsible for items once they leave the warehouse this includes loss and damages of any item while in transit. A tracking number is provided to check the delivery status of the item. All claims about missing/damaged merchandise must be made directly with the carrier NOT us. We can only assist with filing a claim with the carrier for missing orders that have not been received within 60 days of shipping.
